Launched in 2018, Perennial Biennial is a partnership of five European Contemporary Art Biennials – Liverpool Biennial of Contemporary Art, Bergen Assembly, Berlin Biennale for Contemporary Art, Riga International Biennial of Contemporary Art (RIBOCA) and International Centre of Graphic Arts (MGLC) – working together to develop and explore sustainable models for perennial practices in the biennial field.
